At We Shall See Photo Zine, we want you to love your photo zine. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy in compliance with EU and German consumer protection laws.
Your Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. The 14-day period starts on the day you (or a person designated by you) receive the goods.

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your zine must be:
- In its original condition: Unread and unused, with all original packaging intact.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase: Please provide a receipt or order confirmation.
How to Start a Return

Email us at info@ainovaananen.com to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and details of the return request. -
Follow Instructions:
We will inform you where to send the return and provide further steps. Please do not send anything back without contacting us first.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Inspect your zine as soon as it arrives. If it is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@ainovaananen.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your zine for another item, the quickest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order once the return is processed.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

EU Cooling-Off Period (14 Days)
Under EU law, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you may return goods for any reason. To meet the deadline, it’s sufficient to notify us before the 14-day period expires.
