Delivery Terms
We aim to dispatch orders on the next working day after receiving payment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Deliveries will be sent via standard postal services. The estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Within Germany: 2–4 working days
- Within Europe: 3–6 working days
- Rest of the World: 4–12 working days

Shipping Costs

Damaged or Lost Deliveries
If your delivery arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please inform us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including offering replacements or refunds as appropriate under German consumer protection laws.
International Deliveries
For deliveries outside Germany, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
